Road To Guantanamo
Watched Road To Guantanamo yesterday. A real life documentary/movie about three young British muslims who were wrongfully arrested in Afghanistan and detained in Guantanamo Bay. They initially went as a group of four in October 2001 to attend one of their weddings, unfortunately only 3 survived the bombings in Afghanistan. He who was supposed to get married only ended up getting married in July 2005 because of the Guantanamo ordeal. Pity them, but good it made them stronger.
One scene caught my attention, it is when one of the innocent detainees who was being interrogated said in frustration, "I have no proof, and you won't believe me either, so I shall not say anything". He was in a helpless situation & there was no point in fighting back at that moment. Sometimes I feel that way...
