Spa Dinner Movie
Went for my first ever spa facial a day b4 Raya. Now all the blackheads are gone, a pleasurable experience except 4 those moments when the blackheads were being squeezed out... ouch!
Went to La Cantina in Venezia, it was the most peaceful dinner we've ever had. Quiet surroundings, a view of the tree tops, the sea & the islands across Singapore, we could see the tankers cruising along our shores and the planes taking off from Changi Airport. It was like as if the whole surrounding view was taken out from a children's transportation book showing pictures of the different transportation modes. In short, it was a wonderfully romantic experience.
Watched Tony Jaa in Tom Yum Goong. I've been a fan of him eversince Ong Bak. This guy is just superb. He has the agility better than Jackie Chan and the power comparable to Bruce Lee. Watching him was just awesome. The cinematography was good, with the camera following him like as if it was a computer game, introducing one character into the scene one at a time. The movie was funny too. And the settings in Sydney brings an all too familiar feeling. There were many excellent scenes; the part where he walked up the glass wall, the fight with the Capoeira guy and the gigantic wrestler, etc. A good movie indeed, Tom Yum Goong sungguh sedap!
